In Rocky IV Rocky leaves his gaff in what looks like California leaving what looks like his 5-6 year old kid behind. When he returns from Russia he returns to a much different house and his son suddenly is about 12 or 13.

I think he collaborated with John Sullivan in the making of Rocky V.

I can remember seing Rocky IV in the Ambassador at about 14 years old and lhe whole cinema of similarly aged kids being up on the seats chanting "Rocky! Rocky! Rocky!" but the films declined by number. Rocky as a proper film, Rocky II was decent, Rocky II started going to cartoon levels and Rocky IV was pure cartoon stuff. V and IV were garbage, Rocky Balboa and the Creed films are decent.

I think in my most people's eyes 2 will always be greater than 1 because that's when the scenes such as the running through the scenes and the theme song really becomes popular.
