The Problem with Cycle Lanes

   Made a philippino lad fall off his bike earlier cause he thought I was gonna hit him  

He was coming down what was effectively a 1 way street(due to cars parked on either side) in the opposite direction and only enough room for 1 car to get up or down. I was cruising along behind this woman driver who decides to indicate left to a free space so I pulled out to go by her when she suddenly she decides to indicate right and begin to move right as I was along side her making me swerve to miss her but the poor sod on the bike was about 10 yards in front of me and comically fell off the bike in slow motion in between parked cars in the fear I was gonna hit him. 

Seen him about 10mins later as I was coming out of a shop and he was giving me car some right dirty looks
