No one has ranted about how sh*t they were. Hunt said the players were ashamed after the game..fooking doubt it.

I think some/many were ashamed Liam, look how quickly they baled down the tunnel after the final whistle

Players were awful but Stan has to take responsibilty for results and Delaney for appointing him.
The seeds of doubt that were sown at the weekend against Egypt have been doused by a dose of Jack Charlton's almighty weedkiller.

Its players like O'Shea that sicken me, he has just gone through the motions every single game in the green for about 5 years!! Shouldnt be getting near the team! If I was a player I wouldnt be able to look at this fella after most games!

players are all greedy self centred egotists , thats why they are professional footballers! but a good manager can bend them to his will and make them enjoy the experience of playing for their country. Are our players better than the scots ? mostly yes. Are they less nationalistic than the scots ? mostly no . so the difference is the scots have had two good managers and we have had two bad ones.

everyone was poor last night

keogh was awful, mcshane had a mare, o'brien was god awful, worst iv seen doyle play for ireland, hunt had no end peice, keane was nowhere to be seen, kilbane was sh*te, reid looked overweight,
things dont look good
we missed ireland in midfield, mcgeady should have startde, and we need a big man upfront but we no one, the closest we have is caleb folan, maybe he could work up front with keane because its not working atm.

unfortunately Robbie, that is the case with most of them... since obviously pride is not a factor.

If they performed like crap at there clubs the way they do for the country they would not we with their clubs for long.

Think we're calling out for a big target man upfront. would certainly bring the best outta keane, then use doyle as an impact sub.
