I'm not one to nitpick but in Mother Nature's Son Del is shocked that people buy bottled water and is shocked at the price.  Would this be the same Derek Trotter that 4 years earlier was buying Perrier water because it was trendy?

In "if they could see us now", Cassandra goes for a shower and the water is running. We hear her scream and Raquel goes to investigate only to find Damien being a peeping Tom through the keyhole. Well, Cassandra was in the shower so how could she have spotted him having a butchers??????

His oul lad owned the chain of supermarkets where he was working. Not unheard of, outside of Ireland anyway for spoilt little ****s to actually have to learn the trade of their dads empire before inheriting it.

In the same episode, Damien walks into the sitting room and is surprised to see Gary wearing Del's very colourful pyjamas and dressing gown ('oh my god, he looks like a set of traffic lights!' LOL). Surely he's noticed Del (his Dad after all) wearing them through the years. Raquel certainly noticed them years before when he bought them. He couldn't fail to notice them, they're that loud, you could nearly guide planes in to land!

Also in the same episode - Rodney appears to be examining Gary's mouth or tongue. But, what for? And how was Gary even able to communicate that there might be a problem with his mouth and that it should be looked at - he couldn't speak English. And since when was Rodney a qualified doctor? LOL

In Hole in One where Albert falls down the cellar he is in court testifying.  The opposition did their background research on him and he was on the Isle of Wight during the war and no further.  If he had Albert would have played up being a war hero more to garner sympathy so he had no reason to lie.

Yet in later episodes he was all over the place in Egypt, Greece etc during the war.
Also if he was such a bad sailor and destroyed an aircraft carrier why was he given loads of medals??

In It Never Rains where they are on Benidorm beach (supposedly anyway) Del is sunbathing topless and says to Rodney to pour some suntan lotion on him. Rodney pours a tiny amount of beer on him by accident. Then Del loses it and is angry. Then the scene is as they arrive back at the pool is Del is still complaining about it and saying ''I bet there's a mark now'' and then Rodney says ''I will go and get you a fresh shirt.'' Then Del says ''Yes. Why don't you do that small thing Rodney.'' Why would he need a fresh shirt considering he wasn't wearing a shirt when Rodney poured it over his back? Why would it leave a mark? Its just beer on skin that you dry with a towel??
