Surely as a City fan you can’t be happy with his performances? Never thought he was good enough for City, he’s a tidy footballer but not really effective in the final third.

Similar to Sancho at United! Had high hopes for him but he hasn’t been good at all, he’s similar to Grealish in that he’s a tidy player but doesn’t have that blistering pace many top wingers have.

A lot of City's games so far this season have been boring quite frankly, and they haven't played well in about half of them I'd say.
I don't know whether they're pacing themselves to be stronger in the second half of the season, but they've been a bit over-rated so far for me. Need to get a settled back four also. Stones at right back is never going to be an answer.

It can be hard to watch them when you generally know their gonna win.think it’s been said in one of the city documentaries that pep likes to hold the team back and have them peak for certain times in the season so yeah there could be pacing involved.I would say they’ve been over-rated....some of the football this season has been the best since guardiola arrived and the team always seem to have another gear. Walker is needed just for his pace alone to cover the back line...akanji was poor for the Brentford second goal.
