Don't know the lad at all, what's his story?
Was with Bohs for years, great talent but was injured and didn’t play for 3.5years up until last month with Longford.

That's a coup for Cork. Consolidates them as promotion favourites. Over to Galway now to see who they can get in.

Ye it's great to see. Long had a lot of faith in his talent, which unfortunately he never got to show. A couple of seasons playing and scoring at the top end of the 1st division and you never know what that could lead to.

That was same game as a Galway fan, had come to terms with the title race been done and dusted after 15 minutes but we've managed to hang on for the draw and are still alive.

But on top of that it felt like a massive game of football with the size and noise of the crowd. GUFC haven't been involved in whole pile of those in the past 10 years.

It's a shame that if Galway don't go up this year it means that Cork won't be in the first division with them next season. A club of Cork's size should really be in the PD but competing against them this year has been amazing.

Hopefully the title race will still be in full swing come Sept 16 when the 2 sides meet in Galway.

City and Galway are both in excellent form, would be surprised if either failed to beat Harps/UCD in the playoff

Another week, another home loss for Bray, I really don't know what it's going to take for Devo to get the sack, he's destroying the club, 9 games to go and the season is over for Bray, feckin sick of it at this stage!

The one thing is and I've said this from the start of the season is that if a team has defensive quality and well organized that if they want to park the bus I'm not sure Cork City have the ability to break them down.

Yeah, hopefully Louis Britton and Barry Coffey help that

Great night at Turner's Cross tonight. Another huge crowd, first division records rewritten. Not sure how competitive City will be next year but the Premier division is better for them being there...

Never been there as an away fan so can't comment - but did go to one match during lockdown when you had to sit 2m apart with face masks and a guy wanted me to sit two empty seats away from my 7 year old!
