Four days on the beer. I am in awful bad shape today, can't stop sweating and shaking. If things weren't bad enough I think I broke my hand.

Fear doesnt kick in until around 8 in the evening. Havent had it in a long time thank God.

Fear is a serious condition and usually is only caused by 3 days of serious drinking, although as you get passed 30, 2 days of serious drinking can cause it . Very rarely got it before I hit 30 to be honest.
Sausy is dead right. Feeling like sh*t is not the fear and a standard hangover is not the fear.

Sweat is pumping out of me and I'm completely on edge . I finished drinking at half 7 yesterday evening and I'm not sick or have a headache so surely cant be just a bad hangover. I'm not looking for sympathy, totally self inflicted.

I've drank on something like 12 of the past 14 days (some of them were all dayers for England match and over the bank holiday weekend)
Popped a couple of sleeping pills last night which helped and went to the gym before work today which has made me feel somewhat normal again Will be at least Thursday before I'm back in business Bleedin drink  |
