There should be a minimum mandatory 10 year sentence for assaulting paramedics/fire fighters/ gardai etc.

How does Judge Nolan have a job? His sentences are ridiculous. So your wan get on the bus, sees a girl she doesn't like, shouts at her to get off, she doesn't so she starts battering her and the judge goes ah that's grand sure there were pre-existing tensions.
