hope they don't put the tax on the betting again. Use to be a pain in the arse having to find the few extra cent for your bet.

there were 199000 people on the dole in April(Presume its gone up since)

Now i know a fair few of them cant work due to medical reasons/disabilities etc but id presume that there is 100000 at least there who can work but cant be arsed.

Just as an example say they get 100 a week.
100,000 by 100 by 52 weeks is 520,000,000!!!!!

u cant cut the dole..although i see ur point..they're gonna introduce a wealth tax which will increase the taxes on people earning sh*tloads of cash..and thats the only fair way of raising taxes..

robin hood theory..take from the rich and give 2 the poor..

also agree on smokes increasing in price..as a smoker myself would love if they went up2 €10 a pack which would force me 2 quit..
I dont email the count anymore, its been 9 months : ( He even sent me a YBIG scarf for my Birthday

I know 200 a week, it's an incentive to not work for a few weeks. Like before if you were changing jobs you'd be looking for a new one straight awau. Now you can take a month off and still be able to go for a drink at the weekend
