What a player this lad is. If it wasnt for him this season, Liverpool would be rightly fooked. But instead, now they look like they're hitting a bit of form....wouldnt right them off the Champs league and certainly wouldnt right them off finishing fourth in this form

And Newcastle are next up..........put your house on a Pool win surely.  Could be a successive Torres hat trick, but he is a terrific player.

without gerrard and torres liverpool are relegation fodder , with them they are challenging for the champions league !!

The first time the Devil made me do it. The second time I did it on my own.

Same with the Reading game the following week - hopefully i get to witness the new crowned knig of the kop in person for myself at it....
Gerrard's hitting a bit of form now by the looks of things.
Did you see on the highlights that Carragher had more chances in that game than he had all season - would love to see him score!

What is it,24 in total so far this season, with 17/18 in the league.
Not bad at all.
But all this talk in recent years of Liverpool needing a 20+goals per season striker to win the league has been proven to be absolute bollecks!
Too many average players in a squad that seems to be ever-increasing with distinctly mediocre footballers.

As long as there is anything to be gained by saying nothing, it is always better to say nothing than anything

the pool will finish 4th this year (sorry count, kills me 2 say it as im a man u fan) but wont win champ's lge..they'll get knocked out in quarter's...

and they'll NEVER win a premiership under Benitez..too inconsistent due 2 constant team changes..

Rafa has the full support of every Man U fan as manager of liverpool..
I dont email the count anymore, its been 9 months : ( He even sent me a YBIG scarf for my Birthday

Haha, I loved Houllier too, but Souness was the best manager for Liverpool, nearly got them relegated.

If Liverpool got another English side in the quarters I could see them getting through.....shower of c**ts.

really dont know who's gonna win CL this year..dont reckon Man Utd can do it in spite of the squad we have..have a funny feeling about Arsenal this year..which breaks my heart cause i hate the gunners as much as i hate the pool!

Can't see United doing it either, they looked really nervous against Lyon. Would hate to get Liverpool in the draw. I don't mind Arsenal to be honest, they play great football. Liverpool just bore you into submission at times.....and if I had the choice between breaking Bin Laden's legs or Stevie Me, put me on the next flight to Liverpool!

it was a dire game HM..hard for fans 2 get themselves goin when the match was as poor and tense as tusday..im sure the pool fans would have been exactly the same..

anyway..united fans are just like Ireland fans in terms of atmosphere..at home the atmosphere is usually average but the away fans out sing the home fans in most grounds they go to..
