Massive home match tonight against Blackpool really need to win it its the first of three home games in eight days it will define SAFC's season.

Looking at the League 1 table there, who are your games in hand against?

I remember looking at the table over the Xmas and thought you were a cert for the top 2, you seem to have slipped down a bit.

I can't see you finishing outside the top 6 so playoffs is a possibility for you anyway though it would be deemed a disappointment by the fans I'd say.

Would you take coming up via playoffs? promotion is promotion at the end of the day

I will say if it does go to playoffs it'll be some season finale for Sunderland til I die Season 2 Wink

Games in hand are Blackpool and Gillingham at home and Accrington Stanley away.
 
The problem with the play offs is we always feck up in them but if we can't finish in the top two then we will just have make the most of it.
 
If we can't make these three home games on the trot count then we don't deserve to finish in the automatic places.

Top 6 is all but guaranteed bar a complete collapse - 3 wins in these 3 home games would be huge but form has been poor of late

I'm becoming very frustrated with Jack Ross, draws every week are no use at this stage of the season.

If we don't get promoted this season, he needs to be sacked.
