I really rate the man, was looking forward to seeing how he does in the Scotland top tier but alas
He has a very tight friendship with Brendan Rodgers so maybe a highly rated youngster or 2 could be loaned to the black cats, wouldn't be surprised at another pre season friendly being organised too I can see mcgeady staying... Hopefully its a straight promotion for usens Edited by tonyjaa - 24 May 2018 at 2:37pm |

Departing St Mirren manager Jack Ross is ready to pay close to £1m to take midfielder Kyle Magennis with him to Sunderland. (Daily Express)
Heard rave reviews about him - again someone I was looking forward to seeing how they would get on in the top tier |

Sunderland being linked with John McGinn too but Celtic Bournemouth and Brighton are also supposed to be interested in him so I'd be surprised if he ended up on Wearside?

Unfortunately I'd say McNair will be gone this summer. As long as a decent fee is received I'd have no real complaints as he's better than League one

Best of luck to JOS at Reading.
I fantastic servant to Sunderland AFC for seven years both on and off the pitch he always had time for the younger players and did a lot of under publicised support for the Bradley Lowery family. Edited by Double Maxim - 07 Jun 2018 at 7:52am |

Surprised it hasn't been mentioned that there's 2 people running the club now...
That Donald chap sold 15% of the club to a chap worth about £800 million. Gone years without a proper owner and club finds itself with 2 owners. Talk of administration and being cannon fodder for League 2 seem like years ago now.
