It's weird when you're dealing with a customer and they can't hear you so their solution is to pull their face mask down.

How is that going to make you hear better?

I think HH point is that they can't hear him but they take their own mask down. 
I guess its a natural reaction to the person wanting you to lower your own mask as well so they can hear you better / lip read

Remember this thread had stories about a fellah that likes to sit facing the cistern when taking a dump and another person that filmed his housemates. Now we have a man with a bad back and whether or not drying your clothes when it might rain.
