Health & Safety.
I’d very much doubt there’s any intention to develop Richmond, let alone the away end

Any word on why it was left so late? A week before the first home game of the season is hardly ideal timing. Or was it a licensing requirement? That's if H&S is even a licensing requirement under the FAI.

That will look awful. Is there no ambition there to put some facilities into that ground. Were a 100 years behind other countries with regards our grounds.

Anytime I've been there the attendances were never to capacity so it won't make a huge  difference at that end of the pitch. The away fans tend to be in the main stand on the corner towards that shed end anyway.

Wings? They're only the band The Beatles could have been.

The Shed gets used 4/5 times a season that’s it. Why would they waste money upgrading it?
I’m also presuming removing the roof was a safety issue brought up during licencing? Hence the timing

Poor tonight same as last season,no goals in that team again. Should of had a peno and Bermo should of scored that header but apart from that just a load of huff and puff.Rennie up front looked knackered after about half an hour and poor from Benson for the goal, only first game so hopefully things get better.
Thought Waterford were strong and organized, just kept it tight and waited for us to make a mistake which we duly obliged.

That Rennie fella was absolutely brutal. Terrible touch and had the turning circle of an oil tanker.

The Waterford goalie was excellent and their two centre backs were solid.

There was plenty of times where it opened up for Desmond to bring the ball more forward with no pressure on him but he just kept taking the easy option by passing it out to the wing too deep. I know he might have been reluctant encase he foot caught up the field on a break but would like to see him take some more risks especially if they need a goal.

Rennie doesn’t even look like the brother of a footballer. I’m assuming he’s supposed to be a target man. That’s based purely on his size and lack of ability on the ball so why in the name of jaysis did he keep coming deep into midfield? His movement was awful too. We were pushing for a late equaliser and he was offering nothing in terms of a big man to hit with a direct ball.

Seemed to have been an absolute gale blowing in that match going by the flag poles anyway.

Pretty convincing and Sligo had feck all chances.

Don't know how Skorlive manage to source a stream when a it wasn't even the televised LOI game tonight.
