I am not too big of a smoker anyway.

Get by on about 40 a week, just like a few throughout the day, after dinner and before bed. Only started smoking cigs about 5 years ago when i gave up smoking hash full time

After a few weeks of cuttin down i've taken the plunge and not hada smoke since last sat nite, i've even been out for a few pints on Wed and last nite and it's been a piece of pish, the stink of smoke off other people is enough to put you off!!

Allen Carr's book is class, would recommend it to anyone, i haven't even finished it yet and it's helped me so much!!

I'm very proud to call myself a non-smoker now!!

Finally gave up smoking last June, having smoked since my late teens.
Gave 'em up a few times, when the mrs was pregnant but always went back on them.
Had sucessfully cut down 10 years earlier to just five a night. Became even less when the smoking ban came in, but cutting out that last few was proving nigh on impossible, until I somehow found the willpower last summer.
No advice as I failed so many times, I'd given up, giving up!
These days, I'm so proud to be a non smoker! I'll never go back on them.

Fair play. It really is a great decision. The Quit Smoking ads over the years showing the damage smokes do to someone dont come close to the reality when you are stitting across from it.

3 weeks off em now and it's been a piece of pish, i've been around smokers all the time and it hasn't bothered me the slightest!!
