Choose refund as credit and then it gives you the option to convert the credit afterwards

Sorry for being a head wrecker here :) I'm trying get refunded for Sar Bud Wizzair flight. I got the cancellation e mail yesterday and went through e mail and to refund button/link but nothing after that. Nothing appearing in my Wizzair account or from what I see anywhere else ?
Probably will go thru in time ?? Anyone else same ?? I think I'm due €60 as booked lateish

1.Use the link on the email 2.sign in to your account. 3. Go back to the email and click on the link again. 4. Take the option of 120% flight credit. 5. Shortly after they will send you an email to covert it to your bank a/c.

Never got an email off them, clicked on the refund 120% , nothing in the account yet but found a form on the site to request a conversion of travel credit for a refund so after sending that. Flight back cost about 20 quid, flight to Sarajevo was 60 I think

Here is the official website from the Slovak government regarding the rules for entry. http://www.mzv.sk/web/en/covid-19
Obviously a lot can change between now and then, but right now you need to provide them with a negative test result less than 4 days old in order to get in the country. No direct flights between Ireland and Slovakia until the situation changes. Unfortunately I can't see anything official on their website about mass gatherings

Booked a free cancellation room for the 7th and 8th Oct anyway.
Booking.com have the odd "no credit card needed" booking option available if people are worried about being charged. Or stick in a Revolut card and make sure there's no funds in it.
