Skinny jeans, onesies, jesus like beards, big geeky glasses like the Proclaimers, cardigans like 90 year old grandads in nursing homes. Is this the worst period in history for mens fashion?  Can you imagine in the future  looking back and cringing at this?

I can't stand the need for lads in their 30's to go out of their way to look as different as possible. I know a pile of them, some of them friends and I call em on it every time.
Bin laden beards? Congratulations, you've shown you can grow facial hair over a sustained period of time.
I've seen waistcoats on a night out. Common denominator is these lads are trying so f**king hard all the time it's a good laugh to actually call them on it and observe them lie back to me unconvincingly.
The worst of the lot is lads off to Electric Picnic. 1st item in the bag - the strangest hat they can find, a week in a hippy commune and they might snap out of trying to be 1.
Otherwise they're great lads

Exactly. I vaguely remember JTL moaning about EP last year whenever it was on. I'm convinced he had a bad experience there one year.....I mean, some lad having the craic for a few days at a festival and wearing a silly hat....the humanity!

As Baldrick would say it's all subjective. Is a pair of baggy jeans, t-shirt and bog standard trainers good fashion?
