I always park on the Grace Park Road leading down to the ground from the Northside. But it fills up pretty quickly so I would advise to park there about 45 mins before ko at the latest

This might be worth reading too:

Sound, thanks for that.

Went to the match Friday night cause I'd never been in Tolka Park and wanted to go before they knock it. Great atmosphere and two teams that tried to play ball- ref possibly got a few calls wrong but sure that happens. An awful pity more people don't realise the entertainment you can get at a LOI match for 15 beans.

Well when you're used to watching cork city play last season you'd have a different view of what was on display on Friday.

Glad you enjoyed it but the quality gets a lot better than that. That pitch in Tolka is shocking, the bobble on the ball was knee high at times. Agreed regarding atmosphere being good and the ref being poor, he was very bad.
Anyway it’s a decent Friday night out and you can’t beat live football so I hope you continue to go

Yeah would echo what the lads said. Poor enough game, poor pitch, but intense and great atmosphere, and overall well worth your €15

Pitch was poor alright. Huge support turn out for St Pats as well.

Nice little boozer under the stand. 4 quid for a Guinness too Clap

Wings? They're only the band The Beatles could have been.

Very poor in the second half tonight. Ref did us no favours but ultimately wasn't the reason we lost the game. Wasn't really much in the difference between the two but ended up being the right result, go again next Friday

I think Shels were better first half but lacked the cutting edge in the box. Bohs much better second half. I think the ref was just bad all round for both sides, plenty of odds calls and he seemed intent on having a 40 second meeting with everyone before every free. Still happy with the start overall, hopefully get back on track next week.

The Shels trainer (Doyle or was it Byrne) , later Chair I think then gave me a ticket for the Holland game in Palermo.
He saw me looking for tickets off touts outside the game and he pulled me aside and said he had a spare ticket.
Got in to watch the game from the stand at the half way line.
Wrote him a thank you after the tournament.
