They have made a decent start but i expect them to go down. No real quality in the side to sustain these type of results IMO

They're more a style of play than star quality type of team. I could see them having a chance of staying up for one season on the adrenaline of the novelty and buzz of being there. No more than that, though.

Heard the commentator say that Robinson is the only 1 of 9 summer signings that has made the starting XI so far.

McGoldrick's miss was terrible. It was a strange way to attempt a finish, letting it hit off his knee, rather than using his foot.

Ahh, I think he was totally thrown off by the defender missing it to be fair. I'd probably need to see it again but from recollection the defender just in front of him swung a leg at it, and might have even got the slightest of touches on it, and so McGoldrick didn't have any time to react and just tried to bundle it in.

Oliver Norwood retires from international football at 28. Michael O'Neill not impressed. Weird one alright.

Which probably sums his goal record up. Most forwards, especially at PL level, would anticipate the defender missing the ball.

Can't see the two boys up front getting many goals for the republic. I think they have taken off in 2 of the 3 league games so far.
