It's a strange signing for Southampton. Carrillo's goalscoring record is 1 in 4, the same as Long's for most of his career. Right now what they really need is a regular goalscorer.

Not overly enamored with the signing but we really need a similar sort of player as Pelle and he supposedly fits the criteria

He was relatively cheap in today’s market. The regular goalscorers you speak of cost a lot lot more. Unfortunately Long has been approx 1 in 10 for the last 18 months. |
