Great game tonight. Scored a header and won a late penalty.

He’s a brilliant defender and is a nuisance in the opposing teams box.

Has scored twice and won man of the match in five games this season too.

At 26, he’s probably not even in the prime of his career for a centre back.

I’d like to see him at a higher level than Brighton in the near future, I think he’s well capable of playing for a top 8 side.

I think Everton got it badly wrong when they got rid of him, he’s a better player than Michael Keane and Phil Jagielka for sure.

I don't know if he has the ball playing ability to play in a side pushing for Europe. That would be the only hindrance I could see if he was moving to a bigger club.

I agree.He hasn't.

does he need to though, if he plays beside a ball playing centre half like vidic and rio, then he has what it takes. I always feel you need a rough player in one of them positions

I could see Duffy at Leicester next summer if Maguire eventually moves on, Wes Morgan is probably on his last legs in the PL too.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but is that 5 man of matches actually true?

Brighton have only played 6 games this season and they have been: Loss Win Loss Loss Draw Draw.

Sorry that’s a typo. He’s won it twice and scored twice. I’m going off Whoscored.com.

Sprayed a good pass out to Knockaert which led to Brighton's goal on Saturday.

He's a goal scoring and assisting machine.

The Steven Gerrard approach, if you keep hoofing it long you will eventually look like Glenn Hoddle. LOL

Shane shares the Sky Sports MOTM award with Lewis Dunk, as Brighton beat West Ham 1-0.

He signed a new five year deal at Brighton today too.
