Christie does his best but with the amount of ball he got last night imagine if we'd had Seamie. It's nothing against Christie because Coleman is our captain and really our best player. Big loss

Meyler should move to RB, after last night Meyler simply has to continue playing in the XI for the campaign somewhere in the team anyway.

He was poor enough last night. His indecision on the ball and his inability to know whether to shoot or cross. He is a very poor alternative to Coleman and iin hindsight it would havebeen better to have Meyler at right back.
I could agree with you but then we'd both be wrong.

Gets MOTM in central midfield, let's move him to RB

It's a bitter pill to swallow.

I've nothing against Christie, I quite like him actually. But at the end of the day, Wales/Neil Taylor broke our best player and captain's leg, and his replacement (Christie) was caught out of position twice in the two following games leading to both goals vs Georgia and Serbia. This looks to have ultimately cost us a place in the world cup, excluding a stroke of good luck versus Wales in October.

Now we have to watch headlines like: http://www.bbc.co.uk/s/football/41158940 - "Neil Taylor 'back to normal' after leg-break ban" and http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/s/football/football-news/aston-villa-comment-neil-taylor-13575783 - "Why Aston Villa are so proud of the way Neil Taylor has reacted" while Wales look well on their way to the World Cup.

Let's all spare a thought for the poor soul Neil Taylor.

Would actually agree with him.I always rated Christie but he was very poor lastnight and in Georgia, and although he had a good game lastnight we certainly have better options than Meyler in midfield.

Think some of the criticism of Christie is a little much, he done well getting forward when he could, The lack of a right winger exposed him at times because he had no one to cover him when he went forward, Thought he linked up well with Brady/McClean when they actually gave him an option.

Will agree his final ball needs improving plus his decision making in regards to cutting inside bar sometimes that was only option for him as no one was in a position to receive the ball had he crossed.

Has he ever not overhit a cross? Football isn't his sport.

Back doing ball work.

How we've missed him. His injury seemed to mark the point where it all started to go wrong.

Fantastic seeing him back in (light) training! Hopefully he will be back in Everton's starting line up before the end of the year. Although I would hate to see him rush back too soon.

Looks like Seamus will be back in full training in November, according to Ronald Koeman:

I see that the "not that type of player" made that type of challenge again yesterday.
