Screwed over by Supporters Club.

Well, let me clarify that : A number of these SCs are headed up by people who very much enjoy the close relationship they share with the dear leader and the associated power their position brings them. They will not entertain anything that will change that. An just to be clear, I'm sure there are a number of SCs that aren't headed up by people like that.

Its the decent well managed SC's that should stand up and bring this matter to their next agm. The sham sc's are giving them a bad rep with independent fans who outnumber them greatly.

Thanks murph. If SC did not have priority access to tickets over the rest of us I wouldn't have a problem joining a SC. As long as they have priority access I won't be joining. That's nothing personal against any SC

You would bring so much to the table , now i don't always agree with what you say but you are very passionate and have to be respected . Right i better sit down as i have not been feeling well of late 

that Dublin club are a complete joke show, shafted the clubs in the north for years, in particular for euro 2012. The clubs up here had to apply for tickets through them, They give one club 2 tickets per game for the group and sorted out their mates. The fact that that club have at least 15 members who go to every away game and never had problems prior to the tournament didn't matter at all. If the confederation has any balls they would investigate the running of the Dublin club. What is the point in a club from Dublin also?

I was a member of this club for a number of years and they were always complaining about new members not taking an active role. When some members I know enquired about helping out they were never encouraged. I had issues with them regarding ticket allocations and walked away. I now have 3 season tickets on my account same seats and I have had no hassles dealing with the fai directly.

I am sure there are some very well run supporters club around the country but I would never encourage anyone to join the dublin club.
