You pretty much summed up my thoughts on it there FW.
I'll probably end up watching it and I'll be up for Ireland but at the same time I won't be losing any sleep if they get destroyed.

No Luke Fitzgerald or Tomás O'Leary in Ireland World Cup squad. Fergus McFadden, Conor Murray & Geordan Murphy all included.

O'Leary's game has nosedived lately. He's not great.
Delighted Luke Fitz has been left out, anytime that dope plays all he does is make mistakes

I reckon he picked Wallace as he can play out-half or inside centre. Good to see Kidney though picking players on merit rather than based on their reputations, they should be going over there to win it not make up the numbers.
Exactly.

wow, that is very optimistic.

i don't know if it was a case of england being very good or us being very bad yesterday, but there certainly looked like a severe lack of invention in the irish side. everything was so flat and predictable, rarely was there a boost from our lads. i don't think we're going to set the world alight in this world cup. god, if only the world cup came around when we had just won the six nations!!

i was thinking somwthing similar. No one is expecting anything from the Oz game or the SA game (if we meet them in the Q final) so perhaps we might be able to cause a shock
