Gilroy was outside Government Buildings at the weekend and listed off a Twelve Point Plan. Now, I don’t believe he identifies as left wing, nor do I feel the Irish left agree with him in the slightest, but I was struck by the 12 point plan as having plenty that the Irish left would agree with. This includes constitutionally enshrining Irish water, the abolition of the TV licence, the cecession of repossessions, courtroom recording etc.
To me, the weekend has just shown a degree of validity to the “horseshoe theory” that I still believe is a little simplistic. However, I think the rhetoric I’ve seen would suggest the politicalfringes to be on the same side, even if how they get there is somewhat different. People with ideologies can have strange reasoning for them.

Joe has something Paul owns.
Paul asks for it back but Joe says no. Paul goes to great expense and spends years trying to secure court order. Joe still refuses to give Paul back his property. Paul is forced to physically (legally) recover his property. Joe's mates beat the sh*te out of Paul.

Apparently they were given 7 different notices to leave the property over the last number of years but didn't.at some stage the bank is going to step up the pressure.
That land/house is worthless now ,no one will buy it.probably be the original owner or someone connected to them that buy it back in a few years time.

They'll be delighted with that. Did anyone see the pics of those security men in hospital? They took one hell of a beating. I'd say they'll reconsider coming down south again to kick people out of their homes.
