yeah thought Denise O Sullivan was excellent tonight Montenegro didn't want another 10-0 and set up accordingly...
Thought some of the substitutions a bit strange.....maybe Barrett or Roche or both in the last 10/15 minutes might have got us a few more goals.

It was impressive how insanely defensive they were - completely ceded two thirds of the pitch for the entire game. Even on the odd occasion when one of them broke out with the ball, they'd just run down the line all on their tod - the rest of their team like "Ok, see ya later so"  Hadn't really watched the WNT before - was impressed by both McCabe and O'Sullivan. They were also the only two who had any real urgency about them. Also agreed on our set-up/subs. Going one up top against them very much played into their hands and was surprised they never sought to mix it up at any point with a second striker.

A very experienced coach anyway ; has managed four national teams and was managing in the US league as recently as last year.
