Their fans booing taking the knee on Saturday - no condemnation anywhere
Their keeper should've had a red too but zero chance that happening in a potentially difficult away game |

--- New edition of Private Eye (PE No. 1556) out today contains yet another reference to Glasgow's newest senior football club.
Planet football article at the bottom of page 43 states: "The reported 5,000 fans who paid 25p each last month for 17.85m shares in the Glasgow club's parent company, Rangers International, as part of its 27m public share offer, might want to know who paid just 20p for 80,000 shares allotted on 1 September. As previously reported here, 20p had been the going rate for new Rangers shares since 2018. The share issue raised only £4.46m of the £6.75m target. Maybe some canny fans spotted they were being overcharged." Private Eye's report is slightly misleading as nobody paid 20p for 80,000 shares, they paid 20p per share while buying 80,000 shares ie a total cost of £16,000. This is the 3rd consecutive edition of Private Eye that has mentioned Rangers and their finances. That's more coverage of Rangers' finances than the Scottish media have offered in the last 3 years. --- Courtesy of Alba Bhoy on KDS Edited by tonyjaa - 15 Sep 2021 at 11:22am |

Lord Keen - who is acting for the Scottish Professional Football League Ltd -“We do have considerable doubt about the way in which this document has been produced and redacted and we would invite your lordship to direct the petitioners to disclose the full contract to your lordship in a sealed envelope in order that the purported redactions can be examined and the issue of commercial sensitivity determined as it is a matter under the court.”
