He won a penalty which ended up being the equalizer in ET before they went on to win it with a goal in the 121st minute.

Hopefully gets a start in the league next time out.

Last minute equaliser for Motherwell dents St Mirren's top 6 hopes.

Was an excellent finish too. Delighted for him.

Pleasantly surprised how fast he's gotten himself into the team and making an impact. From what I can tell there'll be 5 Scottish teams in Europe next year so if they can have a decent end to the season he should be playing European football next season.

Conor Ronan assisted the St Mirren goal from the corner too.

Rossie Clap

Brilliant to see that he's broken in to the team and settled so quickly.

That's mad. He is first cousins witu McClean's father. I was trying piece the ages together but then later in the attached it is mentioned that Tierney is 23 years younger than his next sibling up so it makes a little more sense then.

Always love interviews with Tierney. So honest and open and has a refreshing perspective.

Second paragraph isnt clear. His brother Aaron has an infant son and blamed himself or are they referring to Ross? Curious myself.

Terribly sad.

Tierney admits his family had concerns about his Scotland move.

In November, the player admitted he had contemplated suicide the previous winter.

His brother Aaron had taken his own life, his infant son Leon had undergone a series of operations and he blamed himself for the sudden death of Shelbourne’s Izzy Dezu in a match when he was playing for the opposition St Kevin’s Boys.

It’s Tierneys own son who wasn’t well. Yeah it’s poorly constructed

That's Rossi's son they're on about, have heard him mention it in interviews before.

He's a cousin of McClean, not really surprising he'd be unenthusiastic about honoring a British Royal.
