Something has to be done to our pressure on Monkeano

Is there anything we can do? Half tempted to keep it simple and print A4s with 'O'Neill' out on them, if enough people did the same and held em up at same time, it'd be noticed and picked up

Edit, I've printed 12 of these, A4 landscape 165 font, bold  if anyone else can do the same.

Printed out a dozen that I'll bring with me, if ten more people do the same we'll have 100.

Can hold them up from 88.00 mins onwards.

I’m going to start a protest over people referring to our f**kwit management team as MONKEANO or MONROY. DeadAngry

The problems are above him and once pressure is put on Delaney that is when he will give O Neill the boot.

I’ll have a couple of Delaney out banners anyway

How's that now? Will a few pages get him sacked? Almost definitely not but no harm, more pressure put on him the better.

Sorry that’s not in reference to your protest, it’s in reference to any adult using the term MONKEANO or MONROY.
Any protest against Delaney or O Neill is fine by me

It should be a dirty protest. I won't be happy unless the stands of Aarhus Idrætspark are smeared in sh*t. At least it would be worse than the sh*t we're watching.

John Delaney and the FAI are the better targets. They are the ones who are standing over this sh*t show and paying top dollar for the privilege.

Bring anything and everything - Mon out, Keane out, Delaney out, can put pressure on all sides and make sure message is heard/seen.

Won't be a bedsheet left in Penney's tonight.

People went mad last year when MON was allowed to ponder of whether He'd sign a new contract in essentially the off season. He did the right thing by my eyes.

The parallels between MON and Jose are stark. They are results based managers, capable of Manuring a field for a successful result. However MON and Jose are capable of getting what the Bosses want. Qualification and Champions league participation.

All the FAI want is qualification. Its their everything on black roullete wheel economic model. The experiment that is the Nations League was always gonna be questionable in terms of competitivesness. With players, clubs acting up. Bottoms Line its not a do or die competition for us, players know that in their hearts.

So the question is, Do we push MON now and get a new manager in Who will cite "Building" during the qualification or do We stick with MON and see if He can achieve 2/3 qualifications. The whole bolloxology of third seed, will be show down by MON who will say We were 4th seeds before and ended up 2nd seeds.

Ugly it may be, but its probably better the devil We know than the devil We dont know. We only perform when its do or die.

We had our chance to get rid of him but I did think MON was right to hold off and see if He had the appetite and the FAI really did want him to stay. The Booing wasnt deafening then.

I don't care about the next 2 or 3 qualifying campaigns.

I want a TEN year plan that will benefit us in the long term.

NO MORE EXCUSES, stop blaming the GAA, English clubs, grassroots coaching, the weather blah blah blah

The reason the WhatsApp group was a disaster was because people included some of Delaney’s biggest arse lickers. I don’t think the Fai will get away with what they were doing at home and away games up until then. No Fai officials will be looking in my bag.

what’s tragic is the fact you felt the need to set up a private group because our mighty over lords spy on this and send their big men to take flags off supporters and intimidate them. If that’s not enough reason to say f*ck you we are going to protest in mass numbers then forget about it. Best of luck to those traveling and intending on showing their displeasure.

He knows absolutely nothing about anything and delights in it,  while getting paid for it. He has never had any intelligent input in anything, anything he writes is like it was done by a lad in work experience and somehow he is continually pushed front and centre of the Guardian's football output. I didn't even realise he was moany! He is just pointless. I had to give up on Football Weekly because of him, although this was partly influenced by my lack of enthusiasm for modern football, but the fact he would sit there every week knowing nothing more than the Sunderland result was beyond frustrating.

Someone holding up a banner isn't a story.

Someone prevented from holding up a banner is a story.

The sensitive souls in the FAI will never learn.

And now The Guardian, the message has gotten out anyway

Barry Glendenning was vocal about Delaney being one the main problems with Irish football on yesterdays Football weekly
How is he still on that? How is he even employed by anybody? I don't even mean as a journalist.

I thought you'd like him tbh or do you feel threatened someone may take away your moany bastard title?
He knows absolutely nothing about anything and delights in it,  while getting paid for it. He has never had any intelligent input in anything, anything he writes is like it was done by a lad in work experience and somehow he is continually pushed front and centre of the Guardian's football output. I didn't even realise he was moany! He is just pointless. I had to give up on Football Weekly because of him, although this was partly influenced by my lack of enthusiasm for modern football, but the fact he would sit there every week knowing nothing more than the Sunderland result was beyond frustrating.

At least he gets paid to moan

He doesn't, he just isn't very good at what he does.

Was that when he asked would I talk to Delenay or something along those lines? If it was, probably that I told Emma that I have no problem meeting him when she asked..

It’s good to see that people are starting to take notice of the absolute sh*tshow that’s going going on. Was handed one of the O Neill out papers lastnight. Had 2 Conr abusing me for holding it. One of the excuses was the stupidest thing I’ve heard said about O’Neill. He started by saying we don’t have the players. Then said we have players playing great for their clubs like Shane Duffy. I asked why he isn’t playing good for Ireland. His answer was Delaney. He then said the North weren’t better than us on Thursday because we drew and Martin was a much better manager than Michael O Neill because he can get players like Obafemi to declare for us. Had no answer when I asked about Rice, Grealish and Liam Kelly. He didn’t know who Peacok O Farrell and Paul Smyth we’re either. To finish off he said Jonny Evans is better than any of our players. We have some amount of idiots travelling still.

Although there have been no chants calling for O’Neill and Keane to be removed during Ireland games, banners criticising the FAI and Delaney were confiscated at the goalless draw against Denmark on Monday night.

Sources close to the FAI have told Telegraph Sport that has helped persuade Delaney to accept that the team needed a change in leadership with O’Neill’s coaching staff – including former Manchester United captain Keane – also set to lose their jobs.

Mission achieved?

Hence the question mark given its not clear yet - not overly complicated!

And yes, seconded on Zeno, without that and the two other banners that were made and taken, Delaney wouldn't be feeling it, top menClap
