I have been stringing along Kait Andrea Heart

wants to rent some office space through an ad on Daft.

After the second email saying she would pay 6 months rent in advance, a cheque would be posted etc etc. Then it was time to play along.

Was very disappointed she wouldn't ring my accountant Mr Garda Kilmainham to confirm the payment back after amazingly posting out €4,000 in error not €1800, cheeky bitch said the international calls from the Philipines were too expensive LOL

Here are a few of the last emails, couldn't go all mental so they are tame. But it's been enjoyable making them think they had a catch. Just have to make up some more bullsh*t about the transfer to string them along some more

Liam, how long do you want to delay me with this? Why can't you transfer it directly from your personal account to my travel guide account? If you perform the transfer to my account, I'll have to perform another transfer to my travel guide which will take another days and bank charges which is not good for us.

I've gotten sent that picture by the river twice when letting out my room!

Both times - three months apart, 'she' was setting up a film business in Dublin and wanted to come over to scout the location before her business partner moved over.

I'm only interested in her artistic work. She is setting up a film company, but despite my many requests for links, info or just to chat with me about films she has ignored me. I'm starting to doubt she works in the film industry at all Unhappy

Kait!! My accountant Mr Garda Kilmainham has told me some bad news, the cheque has bounced. So after all this skibbledybibddledy we are back to square one. But I have transfered over the €1850 to your travel guide!!

How can I get this back, it's an awful mess hahaha.

I think the best thing is when you arrive over this week, you can pay the cash for the office. Please ask Mr Stefano Vidotto to send me back my money when it arrives. Mr Kilmainham said it should clear on Wednesday.

And here I am, getting the same scam through Daft, the same passport picture, similar story, but somehow the name in the passport reads Meign Cloney...

Have you reported to Garda as cheque fraud? Also falsifying passports is not nice...
