( already I would like to post 'Leagues' as part of the thread title, but that is denied by the character restriction).

Speaking of Character restrictions is why the thread was started. In the Prem & 1st DIV forum a poster got publicly excluded from an Prem Div FC thread.

But in the same 24hr an passive/aggressive question is asked of a First Division FC thread. Luckily, I was there to reply.

How can posters know the difference, between asking questions of strugging Premier Division FCs and asking questions of struggling First Division FCs?
