Good to see, two promising young centre-backs at Leeds now. We should have a wealth of defensive options over the next 10 years if even half of the current crop fulfil their potential.

Nearly every player we have coming through is a center half.

Also Irish midfielder Callum Nicell is on the Leeds bench today.

Great for him to get his first start. Was starting to wonder if he would need a move. Hopefully the first of many for him.

Keeps his place in the starting line-up for the trip to Preston.

Cunningham, Browne and Maguire all start for PNE.

Well I thought that he looked far more composed than Pennington alongside him

Looked like a really quality centre back at Limerick. Didn't catch either of his Leeds appearances, but would have big hopes for him having a good career. Was worried it was taking so long to make a first team appearance, even though he's quite young, and a loan spell might have been needed. Now that he has made his debut, hopefully he can make plenty of appearances at Leeds or on loan somewhere and really kick on again.

Jansson could be gone in the summer, which would mean a strong possibility either himself or O'Shaughnessy will be a regular next year, or even both of them ideally.

Hit the woodwork too apparently. Anybody see how he’s done in general?

Great to see Paudie involved so much! Hopefully he starts to nail down more starts this season. One of the players I think who has a very high ceiling and could climb the football ladder and be a good player for us in years to come.

Judging by the pictures I saw of him there is no option of him playing for anybody else!

Greed has won, big finance has won. Whatever small role elite clubs still play in the local communities from which they grew is dwarfed now by their position as global brands.

Didn't see any of it, just read the score updates. What pictures?

Just the pictures on Google when you search. He has a very Irish head on him.

Ah right, I thought you were on about him not playing with anybody else but Blackpool based on pictures from tonights game! I'm a bit dozy this evening.

Loan spell with Blackpool expired, 16 appearances total.
Gone back out on loan to Bradford

Not seen him play but he’s getting regular football at a young age, worth keeping an eye on

Spell at Blackpool was very successful. Hopefully more of it at Bradford now.

Dunno if I'd say very successful, he spent a lot of time on the bench and never really became a regular. It was a mixed bag at best.

Following him week in Week out and he ended up cementing his place in the back 4, started the last 4 games in a row there. Seen him play twice this season and he was excellent. Now set himself up to almost certainly be a regular at Bradford.
