Lads, I'm compiling a list of the biggest junior soccer clubs (note: not including clubs in LSL, MSL etc) in each county for something at work. As well as googling this info, I thought I'd tap into the vast reservoir of knowledge YBIG has to help me out.

Not sure if there's a website that has such info or if there's a previous topic on the forum but feel free to list as many clubs as you want from a particular county Thumbs Up

Westmeath would be Mullingar Athletic or Willow Park but both clubs first teams play in the LSL now.

There's no Pyramid structure in Irish Football.  That to me means Intermediate, Junior and Senior can be treated the same.  It's only individual perception to say otherwise.

Soccer isn't divided by County but it is divided by Leagues.  Maybe identify the leagues or sections of the leagues that you consider Intermediate and Junior.  I understand in the LSL the Sunday Senior Divisions (top four divs) are considered Intermediate while Sunday Major Divisions and Saturday Divisions are considered Junior.  Other leagues can be similarly divided.

There could be clubs fielding teams in separate leagues.

In the meantime restrictive questions remind me of this.

Newbridge Town are definitely the biggest in Kildare, but they play LSL, as do the rest of the biggest teams in the county such as Celbridge Town, Maynooth Town and Leixlip United.

More Mayo titles, more Mayo Cups, the record number of Connacht Cups, more members, more players, more teams, generally just better people.

But yeah, Westport are bigger LOL

And they all play in the Dublin leagues as do the big clubs in Wicklow, Louth etc.

Hard question to answer when so many play in the Senior Leagues. Newbridge would be the biggest in Kildare alright but LSL as said above although do have a team in the Kildare League I think?
Portlaoise in Laois but they're in the same boat as are Tullamore in Offaly

Waterford :
Bohemians
Carrick United
Hibernians
Waterford Crystal
All 4 have won the FAI Junior Cup.
Bohs although currently in the doldrums have traditionally been the big club , 8 full internationals having played for the club.
Villa & Tramore have also been excellent at all levels in recent years

In Kerry Killarney Celtic would be the biggest. Best stadium , can draw the biggest number of supporters on there day , and try to play good football all the time. Dynamos have more titles but have no fans , play in a kip and they're from Tralee. There best player transferred to Celtic this year and has added even more threat attacking. Should be in with a shout for the FAI junior cup this season.
