Big Sam looks to have his defence very structured and organised.  I predict 0-0 in both derbies today.

Good goal from Salah. Ashley Williams is fookin useless.  Turned his chest on Salahs shot instead of getting a smack of the ball.

Big Sam usually turns poor to average defenders into superstars for a few month, but there's no saving Ashley Williams, he is actually beyond redemption he's been that bad this season.

And considering liverpools strengths they really didn't need another midfielder.

Sane should be shot for not passing when 3 against 1- the game would have been over then.

Yep,

In fairness, he has been a hell of a lot better in the second half.

Liverpool need a second goal, Liverpool concede late goals.

Would be disastrous if they didn't win this game.

Solanka is a donkey.

Fat Sam is just a bloody good manager, the way he's sorted that Everton team in such a short space of time

and some scoffed at the idea of him replacing O'Neill

Yeah, we could really have afforded to  give him £9 million.

I assume he is taking the p1ss, Liverpool battered Everton for 75 mins.
9/10 times they would have won that game. Mane should have made it 2-0 before half time but wouldn't pass when 3 against 1.

I didn't realise football was a 75 minute game tbh. When did this rule change?
If anything it justifies how much Liverpool had a mare today, 79% possession and 23 shots but couldn't win the game.

Lovren is a donkey. Harsh pen but he made the ref make a decision when he didn't have too.

Klopp also naive to take off salah. Liverpool were flat from the moment he left the field and the game was nowhere near won.

Why keep Salah (against Spartak)on for 90 mins when it was a stroll in the park?

He should have been taken off at half time and played the full 90 today.

The same applies to Coutinho and Firminho.

Rotating 3 of your best players against Everton was extremely poor management, especially since Everton are playing well and are unbeaten.

Solanka is not up to it either - he's done nothing to warrant a place in the starting 11. He may come good, but he's way off the pace at the moment.

Lovern is beyond criticism at this stage, he's just nowhere near good enough for this level. Another one of Klopp's pets.

Absolutely laughable from Liverpool today.

Big Sam masterclass ?? They are the worst team I've seen at Anfield in the league all season.
Was late getting to the game due to the weather but the lad who sits beside me said they were time wasting in the second minute. They would have been happy to lose 1-0.
Also thought it was a harsh penalty though Lovren to blame for being caught out by the cross field ball.
If Mane squares that ball before half time then it's a 3 or 4 nil job : Obviously it isn't and the questions about team selections and subs are valid.

I think that's why Klopp was fuming so much in the post match interview he knew he had fecked up with his team changes.

Surely Klopp will rest Salah, Firmino and Mane.
I reckon Everton will win this and 3/1 is too high a price.

Liverpool have top 4 in the bag (just need to win their home games) so they can afford to prioritise the champions league.

I'd much prefer to see Klopp rest all the player who will play Wed.

Only 2 fit center halves, Masterson may end up playing some part of the game.

Ings should start and Solanke should play some part too.

Moreno in for Robertson.
