Delighted for Kovac, but it could have been so much netter. Eintracht were third at one point and on course for a Champions League place, but a dreadful run of form since the new year has seem the slip out of even the Europe League places. Still, at least no relegarion dogfight this season. |

The DFB-Pokal runner-up is no longer guaranteed a European place, if BVB or Munch win the cup their place goes to the team 7th in the league. ------------- Greed has won, big finance has won. Whatever small role elite clubs still play in the local communities from which they grew is dwarfed now by their position as global brands. |

Yes, you're right, big drop off since the Winter break, very hard to get into the top 4 with their spending power but Europa League place would be a very good achievement. |

Bayern 1/2 for tonight Dortmund must be the highest price in the last few years at around 6/1 Wouldn't be putting my 50c on either with any confidence. |
