With the 1st bus booked out quickly, and a lot of folks worried with their Air France bookings etc, we now have a 2nd bus confirmed from Amsterdam to Paris on the 12th of June!!

The details are as follows:

Departure from Amsterdam: 12.00 (noon)
Price € 50 per person.

  • The departure from Amsterdam will be across from Central Station
  • The drop-off point in Paris is Gare du Nord.
  • The travel time is approximately 6 hours.
  • Buses will have working toilets on board.
  • Even though it's an early starter, drinks will be allowed on board! (in moderation of course)
  • As always, we'll be playing all the tunes on board to get the atmosphere going before we reach Paris.

To book your seats, please send your email to: euro2016buses@gmail.com

Payment can be made by Paypal or cash in Molly's

Are buses heading back again or is it a one way trip?

-------------
I could agree with you but then we'd both be wrong.

Yeh, am heading back home after Swedan game and flying back for Belgium so looking at cheapest route return. This might be in the reckoning.

Okay, so I'm assuming you need a train on Tuesday morning from Paris to Amsterdam. They're all on sale already: www.thalys.com" rel="nofollow - www.thalys.com . Current prices are as follows:

07:16 - 10:42 €35
08:16 - 11:42 €52
10:16 - 13:42 €69 (last seat at this price)
12:13 - 15:42 €69 (last seat at this price)
14:21 - 17:42 €52 (only two seats left at this price)
15:20 - 18:42 €52
17:16 - 20:42 €52
19:13 - 22:42 €35 (only nine seats left at this price)

It all depends on the time of your flight but I'd book now: those fares are the usual limited quota, etc etc, not getting cheaper, only going up in price.

This bus is now full, we are looking at an additional bus or a slightly bigger bus if at all possible.

An additional bus will regrettably be more expensive and looking at between €40 and €50 per seat.

If interested please respond by email

What's the story with the second bus lads? Was told I was on the first bus and then told a week later I'm not on it even though it was filled a week after I was told I was on it. Would appreciate an update as I'm stuck for transport down to Paris now and haven't got replies to my PMs/emails.

Just wondering what the story is with the buses to Paris from Amsterdam? Steve Amsterdam PM'd me Saturday to say he had held a seat for me and would email me on the details but I haven't heard back from him yet. Greenforever can you check this for me please if you have access to the bus list.

I also have two other mates that are looking to travel on the buses if there is still capacity?

Cheers.

Steve hasn't posted in a fairly long time though so I'd imagine he's fairly busy with work.

It wasn't so much the 2nd bus, it was also trying to get confirmation from the bus company on the actual number of seats on this bus. The owner was in Spain as a driver for a tour and took some emailing to get concrete answers.

All have been emailed and nearly all are sorted. Those on the waitlist have also been emailed and we might have some seats open up if some early bookers that haven't paid yet reply to the email sent to them on whether they are still going or not.

Consider the bus fully booked, and final answer for the waitlisters will be on Monday.

Trying to get everyone on board of course. Let's hope it works out!

Steve

Right. I just confirmed a 2nd bus down to Paris. Just got the confirmations call from the bus company.

Due to the last minute situation, they are of course charging more than the other bus I booked last year already. But that was always going to happen this late in the game. They're just like airlines and train hahaha

Bus departs in front of Central Station at 12.00 noon on Sunday. Toilets on board, drinks allowed. CD's with all the tunes and DVD's with Ireland highlights on the screens for entertainment slightsmile emoticon

Anyways, 50 euro per person. Can be paid by Paypal.

You guys in?

Email me asap on euro2016buses@gmail.com
