Cant get internet explorer to work,Just get the can not display this page message.
but firefox will work grand, any ideas whats the problem?

Sounds like IE is set to use a proxy server.

You should try turning the computer off.

Now, whatever you do, don't restart it. Just turn it off. Better leave the room as well, just to be safe.

No matter how tempted you may be to switch it back on, just leave it off - it'll sort it all out.
