As the designated away team we will be wearing our away kit against both Spain and Italy.

Would look whey better if the green stripe was replaced with the tricolour. Not bad looking though.

at finals you are not permitted to wear the same color shorts as your opponents either, not sure how the home and away teams are assigned to the group stages but i would imagine either us or the italians wil be wearing a changed strip in our final group game in Poznan.

Had to check it out on Twitter to avoid this ybig superinjunction.

I think with short sleeves and no sponsor this will look great on our players. The model wearing it in the photo has a poor shape and doesn't do it justice.

Collar looks nice and thick, kinda like a rugby collar. I dig it.

Shirt ruined by being absolutely shapeless, having a massive, massive collar and putting the Umbro logo in pride of place meaning the numbering placement looks weird.

I don't think it's that bad, having it on a dummy that looks like its about to fall over and on a hanger isn't the best way to sell it though. As said on here, it would look better on someone with the crest out like Dunne than the photos that have been put up here.

Looks nicer on the hanger than it did on the stick man mannequin. Nice enough. Chances are it will be worn once for a friendly and never seen again.

LOLLOL
True, maybe that was the angle Umbro were going for.

I think Johnnycee is in a no win situation anyway, some people will like it and some will hate it. I'll save proper judgement on it until I see it in the flesh. It looks a bit baggy there in that photo to comment properly.

Not bad.. I like the idea of having the green band like a sash, gives it a Celtic look (the people not the football team lol).

The number looks fookin awkward on it though, because of the placement of the Umbro logo. It also looks like it has no shape to fit your body, kinda like wearing a black sack. LOL

That girl could make an STD look good! She's so far removed for the reality of most Irish people in a football jersey, it's not even funny.

When you slap the sponsor logo in the middle of that it's going to look very, very messy. I like the stripe on the unsponsored jersey, but there'll be a lot of fans wearing very hodgepodge jerseys this summer

Jesus lads, the players won't have the logo on it and if you don't like it, don't buy it is the simple solution! There will be plenty of tops going around you can choose from, official and non official. If you all hate it that much, get yourself a ybig top instead Thumbs Up

It's ok. But not lovely. Will probably buy it anyway since we will be wearing it for 2 of the games and I plan on having about 10 different Ireland tops to cover the 10 days while there

Think it looks ok. However with the sponsor on it you cant get the small numbers on the front coz it looks stupid and too cluttered. would prefer to see the numbers on the middle of the chest for the euros rather than on the breast.

Every jersey thread on here is the same. Lads like jersey, lads don't like jersey, lads complain about Johnnycee/Umbro, lads complain about the sponsor logo, lads complain about the price, lads complain about the amount of jerseys that are brought out, lads complain that the previous jersey was not worn enough, Irelandshirts is happy, and an odd poster goes over the top in nuclear meltdown fashion about the whole jersey thing. (that last bit has not happened yet, but it will, I'm confidentLOL )
