It's not the actual amount of the tax it's a levy Ryanair will be putting on to every passenger to pay for the tax.
I think this will be a bit like their "wheelchair levy" which was put on every passenger to enable them to "provide" a wheelchair service for passengers requiring it. I'm not sure if that's still included in your fare under taxes and charges etc. Will they refund it with flight cancellations and does everybody who cancels apply for taxes and charges back?
I feel that they will take in more in this levy than they will pay in respect of the tax.
Ryanair will pay the tax from this levy but will not publish how much they took in from it ------------- But what they do have and no-one can deny this now, they have the finest collection of boilers in the world! And I include Canada in that! |
