Mate lost his passport in San Diego yesterday and he is supposed to be flying to another part of america on tuesday.... Does anyone know how he would go about getting an emergency one before then.... The department of foreign affairs website is sketchy with details

There's a consulate in San Fran his best bet would be to ring them I'd say
