Lads,

I bumped into Alan McLoughlin at Wembley today and he said he'd be delighted to do a YBIG chat.

He has some great stories. Post up your questions here and I'll get them to him for the next issue. He's an absolute gent too.

Windsor 93 :  When Jack sent you on after Jimmy Quinn had put the North ahead, what were you asked to do... If you get the chance, have a dig from outside the box?,  Sit behind the front two and support any attack?, score and run over to Billy Bingham and tell him to shove his 'billy boys' up his hole?

Or all of the above.

Who would you say is a better role model for aspiring Ireland players, Stephen Ireland or Roy Keane?

Other than the goal V Northern Ireland, whats his highlight playing for Ireland.

Who did he room with with the Irish team and who is he still in regular contact with.

Why has the wing back gone out of fashion in the modern game

Would he like to manage Pompey next season.

Jacks quote more or less from ''The Charlton Years'' video:

I told Alan to sit behind the 2 strikers as balls will be knocked down into that area

That would have been brilliant! Would have been class if he had gone over to Billy Bingham a.k.a King Hun and played it in his face.

I think Cascarino said that in his autobiography.

According to Roy (authority on everything) Keane Cascarino lies and talks more sh*te than anyone. Says you cant believe a word that comes out of his mouth.
