Yeah but wait til you see the CL final ticket prices. With Atletico and Barca probably both still in it when the ticket applications open and close, UEFA will know they can price them starting at €500 and sell them all.

I presume they have been lowered because the final is in Azerbaijan? They don't want lots of empty seats.

To be fair, the CAT 1 tickets is the same as the CAT 1 ticket I had for the Belgium game in the Euros and I was 5 rows from the top of the stadium, terrible view. CAT 2 and 3 tickets are a decent price for a European final.

Spurs have announced the ticket prices for the new stadium this season -

These are deemed Cat B matches.
Cheapest £43
The average seems to be the 55-65 range.
Some tickets are £95!

Barca charging Man Utd fans £102 for the CL game but Man U subsidising  the price to £75.

In response Man U also charging Barca fans £102 for the return leg at Old Trafford.

Ticket prices for the FA Cup final: £145.00, £115.00, £70.00, £45.00.
The two teams only get 28.000 tickets each ridiculous

Capacity of Vicarage Road: 21,500

I don't think Man City sold out their allocation for the semi final.

There's a lot of fans come out of the woodwork for cup finals. That said the suits shouldn't be getting a load of tickets.

City fans had already been to Wembley twice this season (Lge Cup Final and Spurs in PL), with a likely fourth visit for the FA Cup Final. Add to that that they will play 60+ games this season, inc European aways, with possibly another CL Final to come in Madrid, and can you really blame them for giving this one a miss?

The real problem is that FAC Semi's are still being played at Wembley - there are enough large, modern, all seater stadia available now to provide a reasonable alternative eg Villa Park, equidistant and 20k seats each.

Spot on only the cup final should be played at Wembley the semis being played there is just a money making exercise.

This

Since the new Wembley stadium opened 12 years ago, we've often heard the line about the FA needing to have as many games there as possible to maximise revenue and recoup the cost of building the stadium.

Well, that claim has started to look rather flawed after the decision to play England's Euro 2020 qualifier v Kosovo in Southampton. If the FA can do that, they can surely start having FA Cup semi-finals back at neutral league grounds where they belong.

Oh, and City fans have actually been to Wembley 3 times this season (the first one being the Community Shield last August). Big smile
