Jesus, the last few days it's been worse than I can remember for a long time. Smothered all day. Effecting anyone else?

I struggle to breathe in general. Also have a runny nose all the time. IDK if it's broken nose, asthma, smoking, being out of shape, undiagnosed hayfever, or something else.

It's what it is.

Used to have terrible hay fever until three years ago when I got prescribed Fexofenadine Hydrochloride. Hasn't bothered me since. See if you can get your GP to prescribe them for you.

I'm generally not too bad with hay fever but today was the first day this year I really felt it. A few kids in my class struggled too with it
