The zloty slid to the weakest level in almost four months

Euro
4.2397 sell - average in Poland, now
4.3126 buy

best sell 4.2900

It could be worth checking out following days. (concerns on Greece leaving EURO)

It's been steadily weakening against the pound over the last few months and is showing no signs of rebounding. I'd hold off a few weeks.

The best conversion rate is with private exchanges called Kantor here in Poland.
They normally have the best rates.

Here is a map of them in Poznan:

Yeah they are very good, in comparison that Kantor would have paid 217zl for £40.72p.
But it's a judgement call waiting or not.

They do not charge commission, not the ones I have used which is only about half a dozen.
What you see is what you get with these guys.

A lot of locals prefer to use the Kantor, so they do a good business with this model, I always buy or sell my Euros in the Kantor.
Most shopping centers in Poznan have a Kantor.
