Absolutely brilliant send off for Shane. Nick Cave’s Rainy Night in Soho was incredible as were all the performances. Fair play to Glen Hansard for putting all the music together. 

Fairytale of new york will get all the plaudits, but that nick cave performance was my favourite.

Never felt that emotional about someone dying I never met. Going to his gigs over the last 25 years, gave me some of the best booze ups of my life! Pure genius
