Aguero👌Big miss for the league! But would be great to see him and Messi together fit and healthy for a season.

Southampton were brutal there for the last few months
Some of the goals they were giving away was comical Don’t see the fuss with Hasenhutl, linked with Spurs not so long ago |

Apart from when he flew to Holland on this day off and got in a car crash. But not really hookers and coke involved, just went to see a concert or something

Great finish to the season by Newcastle, finish 12th
There was a time when a lot of people were saying today’s game against Fulham would be a relegation decider and Fulham were the better footballing side and were favoured to stay up

I do. 43 points is a gross overachievement with that squad. They were even top of the league at 1 point! But to finish on 43 points after being top is an indicator how weak they are, every game they just roll over as soon as they concede the 1st goal. Hasenhutl said himself pre-season his squad was cannon fodder, not exactly instilling confidence but not exactly wrong either.

Having four City players may split the vote.

TAA had an awful first half of the season, Foden only started 14 games, Greenwood only came to life in the last 10 games (had 1 goal and 1 assist in first 30 games). Saka had a good run around Christmas but struggled for the rest of the year (albeit in a poor team). Mount and Rice were the only 2 that were key players for their teams and put in solid performances consistently through the year. I think Rice was the better player, we saw what happened when he got injured, a Top 4 team became a mid-table team. Who would you have?

Eamonn Dunphy:"I'll tell you who wrote it, Rod Liddle, he's the guy who ran away and left his wife for a young one".
Bill O'Herlihy: Ah ye can't be saying that now Eamonn |
