Been to 3 different physios over the last few months and each time felt the service was bad. Was at a new one last week and spent 20 mins talking and 5 min massage and showed me a few exercises. 60 beans. Told me to come back next week. Tried to book another session but she was booked up for the next week and had no appointments for days on end so they put me in with another physio at the clinic. I told the secretary that I didnt want to go through the whole rigmarole again of explaining what was the problem etc to a new physio but she assured me it was all in my notes on the computer system so will be fine. Was supposed to be an 11am appointment. Didnt get seen until 11.15am and then was out the door at 11.35! 60 euro. Yer man spent 10 mins talking 5 mins massage and 5 mins showing me some exercises you might show a 90 year old. No heat treatment, no ultrasound. TBH I dont think I'll ever go back to a physio.

I don't think a physio can be any use with multiple personality disorder.

Had back issues before and a separate issue with my shoulder where the muscle knots over time. The shoulder pain was tear in the eye stuff at times as it caused pain to travel up my neck and down my arm. I tried physio for a few appointments and It was useless. Went to a chiropractor instead and my back was perfect after two visits and is fine now unless I do something stupid to agitate it.
My shoulder issue Im lumbered with for life, but it causes me no problems now as I visit the chiropractor 2-3 times a year now when I feel it starting to tighten. The chiropractor initially did dry needling on the muscle which is painless just a strange sensation but, the relief was instant.
