People saying they repeated their leaving cert having previously said they never did it. Doing your leaving at 25 is not necessarily repeating your leaving although fair play to anyone who does do it later in life.

Another one is people saying I went back to college and when you ask them where did they go the first time, they say oh I never went to college I just went back to college :). Obviously they aren't doing English :))

You are simply giving out about accents, not the phrases people get wrong. Get with the f**king pomegranate.

It's ''I couldn't care less'' FFS.

Now make like a tree and get outta here.

The "could care less" is up there (for me, at least), with people who refer to people "going at their own pace" to describe a relatively slow paced city like Dublin, when I think the phrase correctly applies to places like London and NY, where people truly do "go at their own pace", which is far more annoying.

If I heard right yesterday, Alan Quinlan said Sean O'Brien would be one to have interviews in gameweek that would be " adding stir to the fire"

Next he will be accusing Gatland of adding "Fuel to the pot"
