Used see Eric Bell in the Archway Tavern in London in late 80's and early 90's with his own band. Great guitarist.

Saw the Eric Bell Band live in Sunderland many years ago Cracking gig and Eric was very approachable with the fans post gig.

Yep. A decent skin Eric. 2 more weeks and the bash for Philo, plus lots of stuff going on around Dublin that weekend. Grand Slam on Thursday in tramline. The button Factory Saturday has a gig. Brian Downey's alive and Dangerous in Stephen's Green on the Saturday, and the Bloody Stream on Sunday.

"Dancing In The Moonlight" just came up on shuffle. One of my fav songs. Brings me back to my teenage years in Dublin. Met a couple of Germans before the 1860 game on Tuesday who told me about their visit to his grave when they were in Dublin.

I'll let you know. All set for tonight in Tramline and the rest of the weekend. Dug out the old Lizzy tee-shirts. I have a good few from the VIBE for Philo and the BASH for Philo one's, but I still love the Chinatown tee-shirt. I have shuffle on player, and I have the original albums which I'll play over the next few days on my stereo player. He's still a rocker "Philo".
